Thompson Kind of Weekend

This has been a great weekend. I got to hang out with Kendra and her folks on Friday and Saturday -- lots of thrift store shopping. We had a blast. And today John (her hubby) is in town visiting the same seminary. They just missed each other! We're gonna try our darndest to get them to move here, especially John b/c he hates Texas; if I can be sold on living in Texas for at least another 3 years, anyone can. Austin is such an awesome town.

In other news, today is Geoff's 24th birthday. When we first started dating, he told me his bday was Groundhog's Day, 2/2, but then he remembered that he was making that up and it was actually 2/16. Leave your birthday wishes in the comment section for hubber. :) Thanks!
