Family fun in Phoenix, Nevada, and Texas...
skiing down a black diamond slope in 60 mph winds with 100 mph gusts = stupid but very fun
spending an unexpected night in Arizona and making $600 off the airlines = nice surprise
holding the first ever Krall Family Kristmas in Austin without a hitch = good times
eating overcooked collard greens in honor of grandpa Carlos Alvin Nasworthy = yum
getting stuck overnight (New Year's Eve, mind you) in what has to be the ugliest, smelliest town in the U. S. (Reno) = not so cool
seeing a couple dozen police cars surrounding a Honda dealership with guns drawn only a few yards away from the ghetto hotel in Reno (mentioned above) = not so cool either
seeing family and bonding over Napolean Dynamite = peace out
